Before becoming a dietitian, I studed environmental science and botanical medicine, and I still love incorporating herbs and natural remedies into my practice. I believe that food is medicine, but it should also be enjoyable, stress-free, and sustainable—which is why I take a non-diet approach, blending science with intuitive and mindful eating.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me exploring the outdoors, playing with my dog, or experimenting with new herbal tea blends (because let’s be honest—there’s always room for a good cup of tea).
